Played our first ever show at the Kansas Prairie Pickers Association Prairie Lake Pickin Party at Holton, Ks. It was a beautiful evening with a great crowd and even got to take a dip in the lake after our set. Thanks to all the KPPA members for their support!

On our way to Stage 5 at the Walnut Valley Festival at Winfield, Kansas. It was raining a little but what a thrill to be able to perform on this storied stage! We had played in Andy May's Acoustic Kids Showcase on Stage 2 earlier in the day and this was the frosting on the cake! Forever grateful to Russel Brace - Stage 5 owner, Andy May - Acoustic Kids, and Ron Meier - Kansas Prairie Pickers Assciation President for helping make this opportunity happen!

2024 in Review

First show of the year was at the April KPPA Jam and we were joined on a couple of tunes with Piper and Remi on guitar and fiddle. That evening, we played  a show at Ward Meade Old Town for the Tulips By Twilite Festival. It was  a lot of fun  even though it was on the chilly side.

Next up was the Prairie Lake Pickin Party in June. This is our favorite place to play and we were again joined on several tunes by Piper and Remi. In August, we traveled to Kansas City to play three shows at  SeniorCare  Homes. The residents are always so fun to play for and so apprrciative. August also gave us the opportunity fo play in the Band Contest at the Kansas State Fiddling  and Picking Championships in Lawrence, Kansas. It was incredibly hot that day but it was so much fun to play and what an awesome crowd.

Scheduling conflicts kept us from attending the Walnut Valley Festival this year but we started off the Fall season by opening the stage shows at the first KPPA Jam in October. Great food at the BBQ and excellent music all day.

We finished off the year with a fun Christmas Show at Burlingames Country Christmas and then traveled again to Kansas City to the SeniorCare Homes to spread the Christmas  cheer.
